What You’ve Accomplished

- Completion of a Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in lieu of degree

- At least 6 years of directly related experience

- At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience

- A Journeyman Electrician and Master HVAC Card strongly desired

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Office

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management

- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team

- Mechanical aptitude; ability to operate various machines and building systems

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Facilities Maintenance Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

- Oversees the maintenance of multiple Framatome locations.

- Prioritizes work orders and manages repairs and upgrades to office space, buildings, and/or building systems.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize job tasks.

- Oversees the maintenance of outside grounds including landscaping, snow removal, parking facility maintenance, etc.

- Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external personnel.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to work extended/off hours as need to support facility operations.

- Ability to work on-call activities and live within 30 minutes of the facility.

- Ability to direct on-call work activities of maintenance employees.

- Ability to supervise or direct all maintenance and repair activities i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Alarm Systems and Plumbing.

- Ability to supervise or direct facility repair activities i.e. building /roof repairs, office furniture relocation and repair.

- Ability to supervise of direct Facility and Maintenance personnel efficiently in daily work activities.

- Ability to prioritize daily work activities to support facility operations.

- Experience with preventative maintenance software and electronic work request programs.

- Experience developing maintenance and repair procedures for equipment and plant systems.

- Experience developing and maintaining spare parts inventory for site equipment.

- Working knowledge of networked fire alarm systems and security camera systems, formal training preferred.

- Working knowledge of HVAC and BAS systems, formal training preferred. Working knowledge of CNC and manual machine tools.

- Working knowledge of overhead cranes and general rigging practices.

- Working knowledge of compressed air systems i.e. fixed / variable speed machines, refrigerant / desiccant dryers, oil water separators and filtration.

- Working knowledge of Sanitary waste treatment operations.

- Excellent Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to work from equipment documents and schematics.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $83,000 - $113,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
