We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor for Infrastructure Operations to lead our team in delivering core compute capabilities. This role involves leading all aspects of server compute for Windows and Linux environments, Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) daily operational activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and reliable delivery of services that go above and beyond.
What You Will Do
- Lead the enterprise-wide delivery of core computing capabilities, ensuring they meet or exceed service level expectations.
- Manage the availability, reliability, security, and life-cycle management of our server infrastructure, including IT/OT landscape, licensing, vendor engagements and cloud-based resources.
- Drive engagement with TIS Enterprise Architecture, Design and Application teams to implement strategic programs.
- Perform financial management activities, ensuring that spending aligns with budget and business needs.
- Develop and maintain successful partner relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring efficient delivery of IT services.
- You possess a university degree or equivalent experience, a diploma from a recognized institution, or applicable experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Commerce, or Engineering, supplemented by management training.
- You bring a minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in an Information Technology environment, with a proven track record of managing both operational support teams and delivering technology projects.
- Demonstrate critical thinking when planning, negotiating, managing teams, vendors, and partners.
- Possess superb communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- You have solid experience facilitating team meetings, multi-functional communication, and decision-making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
