We are seeking a skilled engineering professional to provide leadership and technical expertise within our Distribution Engineering & Planning team. In this role, you will guide daily work and serve as a key resource in the planning, modeling, and engineering of our electric distribution system. You’ll coordinate and oversee activities that ensure system reliability, capacity, and voltage needs are met, both now and into the future.
Work for this position can be performed both on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303, and from your local home office, as duties require. While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements, hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota.
The expected hiring range is between $127,400 - $167,160 annually. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% based on company performance.
