We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the successful execution of our projects, contributing to Hub Steel's mission of delivering quality and integrity in every endeavor. Responsibilities

- Assist in managing construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are met.

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.

- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.

- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders including clients and team members.

- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy in execution.

- Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

- Maintain accurate records of project progress and documentation.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations (OSHA).

- Excellent blueprint reading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with budgeting and cost estimation is preferred.

- Supervising experience on construction sites is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
