OC San is currently looking to fill the role of a
Student Intern (Environmental Science/Engineering)in the Resource Protection Division (RPD).
Under close supervision, the Student Intern will work with Resource Protection to perform various tasks which may include:
- Participating in facility inspections and sampling.
- Coordinating with groups on various projects and assignments, both in the field and office.
- Handling environmental samples.
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Assisting with updating and organizing documents.
- Researching source control and regulatory compliance issues.
- Data collection, data analysis, and preparation of reports, figures, and spreadsheets that summarize findings.
- Assisting with tasks/projects related to the data management system and records management.
- Attending team meetings and providing updates on ongoing work tasks and assignments.
- Performing other tasks as needed.
