CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Structural Staff Engineer for full-time
employment with our Colorado Springs, CO office. The Staff Engineer will
work on completing design projects primarily involved with commercial,
residential, and municipal structures. They will be responsible for
planning, designing, and analyzing the structural components and systems
within a structure to achieve design goals. They will use computer-aided
design software to analyze loads, perform engineering analysis and develop

This job operates in both an outside, field environment, and in an office
setting. Regular work on computers while in the office. While working in the
field, will be exposed to extreme weather conditions, including rain,
snow, cold and heat. Routinely uses PPE and other safety equipment. Work
will primarily be project focused but client interactions will be required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
