Location: Tulsa, OK (123 N Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74103)
Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Experience Required: 4–9 years
Education Required: Bachelor’s in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
License: PE in Oklahoma (preferred but not required)
About the Role
Structural Engineer (PE) to join our growing team in Tulsa. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to grow into leadership, mentor junior team members, and work on a wide variety of projects that make a visible impact in the community.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team including civil engineers, land surveyors, and landscape architects, contributing to everything from high-volume developments to traditional commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
•Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, architects, and other disciplines on a variety of project types
•Provide quality control, conduct peer reviews, and ensure accuracy prior to project issuance
•Perform construction observations and special inspections
•Prioritize tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
•Mentor junior staff and guide project teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
•Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, materials, and construction procedures
•4–9 years of professional experience in structural engineering
•PE license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain quickly)
•Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills
•Team-oriented attitude and a willingness to grow with the firm
