Affiliated Building Maintenance a full services retail services provider is currently seeking a night shift parking lot sweeper!

We service retail and commercial buildings on our overnight shift.

EXPERIENCED STREET SWEEPERS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record!

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

· Valid Arizona Driver’s license

· Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months

· Some sweepers are class D requiring a medical

· Mechanically inclined – we train to affix minor repairs on the equipment

· Proven safe work practices and operations

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
