General Position Summary

As a Sweeper Operator employed by AlffCo, completes assigned parking lot sweeping schedule in a timely and efficient manner. Performs quality work that meets the customer and owner’s expectations. Communicates with peers and upper-level management effectively and clearly. This person will report directly to the Site Supervisor.

This role will have extensive knowledge of the industry in landscaping and property management. This role will be organized, maintain a high- level of customer service in all dealings, be very dependable and have superior time management ability.

Travel (% of work period)

As needed, which may include overnight stays.

Minimum Qualifications

Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms (such as GPS Mobile application, etc.), and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs.
