The Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping our company’s strategic direction. You’ll work closely with senior leadership—including the CFO and Business Unit Presidents—to identify growth opportunities, evaluate markets, and develop actionable strategies. This highly visible role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration

- Drive Strategic Initiatives
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, lead cross-functional analyses, and develop well-supported recommendations for executive decision-making
- Lead Quantitative Analysis
- Scope and execute financial models, market analyses, and performance metrics using Excel and other tools with precision and accuracy
- Support M&A and Partnerships
- Screen inbound opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, and contribute to due diligence and integration planning
- Create Executive-Level Communications
- Develop concise, high-impact presentations in PowerPoint for leadership and board audiences
- Strategic Thinking:
Ability to define business problems, see the big picture, and prioritize what drives value
- Analytical Expertise:
Proficiency in complex financial modeling and market analysis; advanced Excel skills required
- Communication Skills:
Clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication
- Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years in management consulting (top-tier firm preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy experience- M&A exposure is preferred (due diligence, integration)
- Industrial or oil & gas sector knowledge is a plus
- Mindset
