You have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience. Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted. An advanced degree may be substituted for related experience (MS 1-2 years or PhD 1-3 years).

Your Opportunity
This role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. This position is ideal for an experienced technical professional who is passionate about inspiring the next generation of STEM talent. The Liaison will represent the company in education and community settings, advocate for STEM careers and help guide students toward apprenticeship opportunities. In this role, you will:
- Mentor and inspire students and interns providing insights into real-world STEM careers
- Communicate technical concepts in clear, engaging ways
- Support coordination of academy and apprenticeship initiatives to strengthen the talent pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educators and community partner
This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
