Job Summary

Perform all types of work involved in the installation, maintenance, operation, inspection, repair and removal of station-related equipment. Respond to emergency call-outs on station trouble and coordinate prompt restoration of service to customers as required. This list is not intended to limit assignment of work or the degree of supervision under all operating conditions. Employee may perform miscellaneous, related, and incidental work in addition to that specifically outlined below.

Physical demands required for this job include but not limited to: Minimum Requirement Station Electrician/Servicer Amount of Weight Lifted from Floor/Ground to Waist Level: 75Amount of Weight to be Carried for 20 Feet 60 Amount of Weight Lifted to Chest Level: 50Amount of Weight Lifted to Eye Level: 30Distance to Walk Accumulated over the Course of an 8-Hour Shift: ½ Mile Distance in Feet to Climb and Work on a Ladder/Structure: 50 and Higher Distance in Feet to Ascend to and Work in a Bucket/Lift: 100 and Higher (Tested at 60’)Ability to Discriminate between Colors Yes (Tested)

Compensation Range:

$45.65-54.46 USD

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: H – Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.
