Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Station Manager to oversee our cased hole logging and perforating station in Lloydminster. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and exceptional organizational abilities. As Station Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.

•

Oversee daily operations, including job planning and assist staff in ensuring flawless execution.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by dispatching trucks and the proper equipment to various jobs.

•

Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving station performance and to carry out all duties in a safe and proficient manner.

•

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

•

A minimum of 10 years experience in cased hole logging and perforating. Proven experience in team management in oilfield services.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•

A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
