Illinois American Water is seeking a dedicated wastewater professional to join our team in Woodridge, IL. As the Sr. Supervisor, Operations (Wastewater), you will be responsible for managing a team of wastewater operators and our production facilities. You will oversee the plants and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks with the operators, our water quality team, and engineering department. The Sr. Supervisor of Operations will participate in ordering equipment, capital projects, as well as regulatory reporting.

Position Details

Posted Range: $68,640-$114,660

The base salary range represents a good faith salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. If you are hired at American Water your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as market, geography, skills, education and/or experience. Managing wastewater treatment production facility/facilities ensuring cost-effective, high-quality customer service and operational integrity. Responsibilities include managing plant personnel, capital resources, business processes that are engaged in the functional area of water and wastewater operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, all applicable governmental laws, and water and wastewater operations.
