Illinois American Water is seeking a full-time Sr. Operations Supervisor to join our team in Peoria, IL and help lead our distribution and field services work. This role will provide oversight of critical operational work that directly impacts our customers and the communities we serve. As the Sr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating work, leading service crews, and addressing emergent needs in the field. Our ideal candidate will be an effective leader, flexible, and a strong collaborator. Primary Role

Supervises the day-to-day water operations in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
