In this role, you will provide regional engineering technical expertise to support field operations and maintenance.

- Provide technical expertise and engineering assistance to various office and field groups, including Pipeline Maintenance (PLM), Operations, Execution, and Integration.
- Work with centralized support groups and act as a liaison between field operations and those groups.
- Accountable for characterizing regional risks as well as recommending and developing Risk Treatment Plans.
- Lead and participate in root cause failure analysis (RCA), contributing to continuous reliability improvement efforts.
- Perform rotational on-call duties as Regional On-call Point of Contact. Be a key resource of the Incident Command System during emergency response activities.
- Approve Alternate Isolation Job Plans as per Enbridge’s Safe Work Isolation Policy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registered as a Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta or Saskatchewan depending on your location.
- A minimum of six years of related proven experience.
- Well-developed problem solving, decision-making, organization, and planning skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills required to connect with a variety of internal and external parties.
- Role requires a valid Class 5 driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
- Office environment.
- 25% of travel.
