- Prepare quality assurance economic studies, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate quality initiatives and perform internal audits.
- Review purchase orders and specifications for quality requirements.
- Provide technical advice on specialized quality assurance technologies.
- Investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions.
- Develop and evaluate quality programs and measure quality activities.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve quality operations.
- Collaborating with the production team to implement quality improvements.
- Identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Maintaining documentation and reports related to quality control
- Design, implement, and refine quality inspection processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Develop and improve gauges and fixtures to proactively prevent quality failures and support precision manufacturing.
- Collaborate across teams to introduce innovative tools and methodologies that enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5 Plus years of experience in quality assurance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in PFMEA and Control Plans to identify potential failures, and their impacts and ensure consistent quality in manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with the 8D Problem-Solving methodology to address and resolve issues systematically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
