Why Contemporary Energy Solutions?
We’re a fast-growing, family-feel team that helps industrial and commercial clients slash energy costs through innovative LED lighting and smart-controls retrofits. Join us and turn complex projects into success stories.
What You’ll Own
•Run the show. Take full life-cycle ownership of $5M+ in concurrent lighting & controls projects your first year (ramping to $6.5M by year two) — from pre-construction planning to final punch-list.
•Build bullet-proof plans. Create and manage detailed timelines, budgets, site plans, photometrics, and control layouts that keep crews, vendors, and clients perfectly aligned.
•Protect the margin. Hit target profitability with +4–5% produced vs. sold margin and ≥ 70 % utilization—finding creative savings without compromising quality.
•Deliver on-time, on-budget. Keep at least 80% of projects on schedule, proactively clearing roadblocks before they bite.
•Audit & specify like a pro. Perform precise building audits, select best-fit suppliers, and value-engineer solutions that delight customers and maximize incentives.
•Lead the field. Act as our go-to technical expert—coaching peers, commissioning advanced controls, and sharing best practices that elevate the whole PM team.
•Delight clients. Provide white-glove communication, and leave every stakeholder eager for the next project.
What Sets You Up for Success
