Job Title: Sr. Pega Developer / Architect Location: Memphis, TN Engagement: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire Work Authorization: GC / US Citizens only

Role Overview

One of our Banking Customer is embarking on a ground-up Pega implementation, starting in Operations and scaling across the organization.

Required Skills

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA or above).

- Strong hands-on expertise with recent Pega versions (v25 or newer).

- Proven track record in Pega application architecture, framework creation, and full-stack delivery.

- Expertise in integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Email, File Listener).

- Experience with operational reporting, performance optimization, and traceability tools.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into robust designs.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing distributed/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.
