Sr. Operational Accountant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Work closely with members of the engineering, land, production and revenue accounting departments.

- Revenue Suspense Releases and Interest Calculations

- Oklahoma Corporation Commission Form 1081

- Project lead for AI initiatives.

- Annual State Escheating.

- Annual 1099's.

- Assist with training and development of accountant levels I - III.

- Perform special projects assigned by Controller or executive leadership.

Education/Experience:

Accounting degree preferred

7-10 years related experience.

Strong communication skills.

Strong general ledger account balancing and reconciling skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Advanced Excel skills (preferably pivot tables)

Working knowledge of Excalibur, Enverus, and JIB link is preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and rest of priorities.
