We are currently looking for a Sr. Land Representative to work in our Houston, TX location.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Land Representative, under the direction of the Manager of Land, provides Boardwalk Pipelines with a level of land expertise that requires knowledge of land-related techniques, procedures and practices. The position is accountable for the negotiation, acquisition, interpretation and enforcement of the company’s land rights and strives to maintain the integrity of these rights. This position may act as a mentor to less experienced land personnel and assists the Manager of Land in land-related matters. This position further provides technical expertise, advice and solutions to a wide variety of land matters for internal departments such as Operations, Legal, Regulatory, Business Development, Pipeline Safety, Engineering, and Construction and to outside customers such as oil and gas producers, developers and contractors. Supports ongoing Operations projects by determining landownership, obtaining land rights, settling damages and assisting the project team as necessary to ensure the success of the projects.
