Position Specific Description

This role will support the Southeast Region including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. The Sr Land Services Representative will be based in the region with access to a major airport to accomodate the travel schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess-

IRWA or AAPL Certification

Salesforce (any CRM system) or database experience

Experience with KMZ files, GIS systems, and County websites/search platforms

Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for planning, controlling and directing real estate activities such as site location and acquisition, right-of-way negotiation, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, property management, and maintenance of properties to support wind site development. This position will be located in field office with significant travel requirements.
