VHB is seeking a Sr. Land Development Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team based in Tampa, FL.

At VHB, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, ranging in size and scope, while also playing a key role in business development efforts to expand our presence across Tampa and throughout Florida.

Our impressive Florida portfolio includes collaborations with mixed-use multifamily and national homebuilders; healthcare and commercial developers; industrial sectors; hospitality giants including amusement parks; and various municipal and local government bodies. We are proud to serve State DOTs, municipalities, and private clients throughout the eastern United States on significant projects like Water Street Tampa, The Grow, and Wellness Way.
