To join our team as a Technical Delivery Manager in our Professional Services team. We are seeking a Delivery Manager to deliver technical software projects to our clients. You will join a team of highly skilled project managers who are responsible for successfully implementing the CLEAResult platform suite for new/migrating clients, accelerating the time to delivery/value. As a Delivery Manager, you will work with a cross functional team (business and technical) within CLEAResult to understand client business requirements, migrate historical data, configure the application, and deliver training and onboarding for new/migrating clients.
Prefer candidates based in MD, PA, NJ, DC or VA to attend in person client meetings.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to Implementation Consultants on complex configurations and delivery challenges

- Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure adherence to platform standards and compliance requirements

- 8–12+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or project leadership roles
- Strong background in enterprise delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience leading teams in a SaaS or professional services environment
- Advanced knowledge of implementation methodologies and SDLC
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in a hybrid professional services environment
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or agile practices (e.g., Scrum Master)
- Familiarity with customer engagement frameworks and enterprise account management strategies
