The salary range for this position is $140,000-$155,000, dependent upon experience and qualifications. We also offer semi-annual profit-sharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success!

- Fertility Benefits- 10 + years of combined experience in safety management AND minimum 3+ years of experience leading people and teams is required
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Utilities/Construction Industry required
- Familiarity with all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT regulations
- Experience building and implementing behavior-based safety programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and impactful manner
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Strong people skills
- The ability to travel for work demands as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented personality type.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4-year Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
- BCSP or CUSP required, CSP preferred
- Must be willing to travel 10%
- Interacts with EPC Operations leadership to provide support and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Oversees EPC HSE Managers to ensure expectations are being met
- Conducts training within the EPC group to support ongoing process improvement efforts
- Takes ownership of HSE Manager duties for EPC sites during times of increased workload
- Provides coverage for EPC HSE Managers when on vacation or out-of-office
- Maintains an up-to-date Safety Manual
- Assists with bid request documentation for all EPC projects
- Attends regular client meetings to stay up to date on requirements and build strong business relationships
- Conducts a review and provides approval for all incident investigations
- Interacts with clients and subcontractors on incidents of a serious nature
