Sr Analyst NERC Operations Compliance

Starting Salary Range: $93,000-$110,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

- Lead monitoring and testing activities for NERC System Operations and System Planning standards

- Collaborate with Real-Time Operations and Planning teams to assess compliance risks

- Analyze system events, operator actions, and BES conditions for compliance impacts

- Support audit preparation, internal reviews, and develop mitigation strategies

- Design innovative tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance

- Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations

- Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work with AI technology

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in grid operations (RC, TOP, BA), compliance, or military nuclear systems

- Working knowledge of NERC Operations and Planning standards and control frameworks

- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, EMS/SCADA tools, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer)

- Interest in AI, automation, and applying analytics in a regulated environment

- Certifications such as NERC RC, CCEP, or risk management credentials are a plus
