Specialized Welding Engineer

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Specialized Welding Engineer opportunity in West Mifflin, PA.

Clearance: DOE “L” Clearance required, will consider reciprocity from DOD

Job Description

Applicant must be able to plan, follow, and execute work efforts, conceive and produce technical instructions and procedures, track procurement actions / budget performance, and write technical submittals and recommendations. Candidate will also contribute to the development of novel repair techniques, by drafting, placing, following and reporting subcontracted repair method development/demonstration contracts. The position will also require some travel to vendors and shipyards to support project planning, equipment testing and repair deployment.
