Job Title: Special Projects Floor & Carpet Technician Company: CleanCraft LLC. Location: Rochester, NY and surrounding areas Pay: $18 – $22/hour (depends on your experience) Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

What the job is:

You will do deep cleaning on floors and carpets at offices, schools, and medical buildings. Most work is nights and weekends.

Main jobs:

- Strip and wax all types of hard floors (VCT, tile, concrete)

- Deep clean carpets with hot water machines

- Scrub tile and grout until it looks new

- Use big floor machines the right way (buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, extractors)

Extra jobs when needed:

- Fill in for regular janitors who call out sick

- Help clean any building when a manager asks (backup person)

- Do any cleaning task the supervisor gives you

You MUST already know how to:

- Strip and wax floors (no training – you need real experience)

- Run carpet extractors and get tough stains out

- Use floor machines safely and correctly

- Work fast and careful

What you need:

- At least 1 year doing strip/wax or carpet cleaning (more is better)

- Valid driver’s license

- Can lift 50 lbs and work on your knees

- Pass a simple background check

- Be on time every day
