Spa/Hot Tub Technician

Job Overview

Spa/Hot Tub Technician to perform regular maintenance for spa/hot tub customers. Includes water care, draining & refilling, cleaning, cover maintenance, etc.

Some technical service ( trouble-shooting, replacing heaters/pumps/controls/etc, some plumbing).

Also delivering & replacing covers.

Also helping team to deliver spas/hot tubs. Must be able to lift & move easily, as part of a team.

REQUIRES VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING to drive our company vehicle to/from service locations.

THIS IS A YEAR-ROUND OUTDOORS POSITION

Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning and servicing equipment

- Utilize power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance

- Conduct equipment repair and troubleshooting as needed

- Maintain accurate records of service visits and repairs

- Provide excellent customer service while on-site

Skills

- Proficiency in water maintenance and cleaning procedures

- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair

- Experience with power tools and hand tools

- Previous work as a service technician is a plus
