We’re looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Solar Support Specialists. Your mission: connect with homeowners face-to-face, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on the go, wants to break into the solar industry, and is excited about a role where effort = income.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar

Schedule in-home appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants

Use our tools and training to build rapport quickly and book qualified leads

Track activity and appointments using Sales Rabbit

💰 Compensation

$50 per qualified appointment set

$350 bonus for every closed deal from your appointment

Commissions start Day 1 — no waiting!

Paid training provided

Typical Performance

10 appointments/week

3–4 deals closed/week

Average weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,000
