Solar Site Team Leader – Roserock Solar Facility Fort Stockton, Texas

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Roserock Solar Facility in Fort Stockton, TX. The facility consists of approximately 700,000 Canadian Solar photovoltaic solar modules, mounted on single axis ATI tracker systems. The facility uses 128 Power Electronic inverters to generate approximately 160-megawatts of solar energy. The solar facility is built on 1,300 acres in Pecos County, Texas.

The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and support for SPC Solar Operations Technicians (non-exempt employees) and for operating and maintaining the SPC Solar Fleet in a safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient manner. This position is accountable for safety, environmental and regulatory compliance; team development and technical direction; performance management; managing resources and work priorities; assist in developing O&M and Capital budgets and management; development and management of solar maintenance strategy and PMs; Coordination of contracts and contractors; and other related goals as required by the business.
