We are looking for a full-time person with minimum of two year experience in solar industry. The successful applicant will have experience with troubleshooting, maintenace, monitoring, installing, repairing, and operations of solar power systems, have some training or certifications in PV power and battery systems, knowledge of solar panel warranty claims, and have excellent troubleshooting and hands-on skills. Experience with site visits, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, service tickets, customer service, mfr warranty claims, etc. The Solar Service Technician candidate will be proficient using solar array diagnostic tools, preventative maintenance tools, online monitoring and connectivity tools, and general IT tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel and have excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
