Shift Energy Group is hiring a Solar Installer to join our Victoria field crew and help bring solar energy projects to life. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience — especially roofing or carpentry — who’s ready to grow in the renewable energy industry.

About the Role

As a Solar Installer, you’ll be on the front lines of our installations — assembling and mounting solar modules and panels as specified by the system designers. You’ll work closely with your crew and report to the Crew Lead and Field Manager, helping deliver residential and commercial solar PV systems on time and on point.

From assembling rooftop equipment and sealing all roof penetrations to performing trenching and concrete work, you'll play a hands-on role in every phase of the build. Your attention to detail and team-first mindset will ensure each project is completed to the highest standard.
