We are the company that other companies use to do the hard technical installs when their internal crews cant hang. We have national records galore. The other installers wish they were us.
We need great installers to do this dangerous and fun job.
We have had no turn over in the last three years at this company because we treat people like gold and have great pay options.
We pay based on experience and resources. We can do w2 hourly pay or 1099 piece rate pay depending on your experience.
None of the following are mandatory but if you have them we will pay more.
RW or JW license.
Truck or Car that can tow.

Responsibilities
•Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of solar panels and systems.
•Build and assemble solar panel structures on roofs or ground-mounted systems.
•Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for fixture installation, ensuring all components are secure and functioning properly.
•Conduct high voltage electrical work safely, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations, including the National Electrical Code (NEC).
•Perform site assessments to evaluate conditions for installation, including roof integrity and structural support.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites.
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
•Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or operation of solar systems.
Experience
•Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
•Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for successful installations.
•Experience working with hand tools and power tools is required.
•Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus
•Previous experience in solar panel installation or renewable energy projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
•Ability to work at heights on roofs and navigate various construction site environments safely.
