Solar Installer

California Solar Electric Company is looking for the right people to work under some of the most experienced solar installers in California Learn the electrical trade and be groomed to be the future (3-5 years) crew leads of our company.

We offer educational stipends and expect all of our installers to register as Electrical Trainees through the DIR and take the NABCEP Installation Professional exam within three years.

California Solar is also a Worker Owned Cooperative, and candidacy towards ownership is available after 6 months of employment. Are you that person?

Position requirements:

· Comfortably able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and work on the roof in varying temperatures

· Excellent teamwork skills

· Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

· Must have transportation (public or private) to/from job sites

· May require travel

· The position is full‐time, based in Grass Valley, CA.

Pay & Benefits

$20-$25/hour
