The Solar Electrical Technical Trainer role is a key position to drive value for the company. We believe that the development and continuous improvement of the competencies of our team leads to better outcomes for our customers, our company and our people. The primary responsibilities for this role are to conduct instructor led trainings, assess employee knowledge and skills, and maintain documented records of training completion so that our workforce is knowledgeable and adheres to the best practices of the company. This will be accomplished through new hire onboarding, task qualifications programs, and continuing education courses. SSS believes that providing a structured path for employees to grow and succeed is fundamental to our sustainability as a business.
