Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Solar Electrician to support the installation and maintenance of commercial solar PV systems. This role is ideal for experienced electricians who are passionate about clean energy and excited to work on meaningful infrastructure projects. A California electrician’s license is suggested but not required for the role.

Responsibilities

•

Install and connect solar PV systems for commercial solar facilities, including inverters, panels, and wiring.

•

Perform electrical tests and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.

•

Identify and resolve issues in existing solar installations

•

Collaborate with engineers and project managers on project execution

•

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and relevant electrical codes

•

Accurately document work completed and materials used

•

Assist with training and mentoring apprentice.

•

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on job sites.

Qualifications.

•

Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring and solar PV technology.

•

Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.

•

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

•

Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills

•

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

2 years of commercial electrician with solar experience preferred

•

California electrician’s license C-10

•

Electrical apprenticeship program completion

•

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

•

Monday to Friday

•

Overtime

•

Weekends as needed
