Soils Inspector

Our staff consists of Professional Engineers, Registered Geologists, Environmental Assessors, Certified Inspectors, Chemists, Drillers and Administrators.

Moore Twining is currently recruiting for an Earthwork Technician / Soils Inspector in the Riverside, California area. Candidates MUST have a minimum of 1 year experience in testing and analysis of soils using nuclear gauge and sand cone equipment, the ability to perform routine laboratory testing such as compaction curves and be able to write daily field reports in a clear and timely manner.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

-Observation, monitoring and testing of compaction and earthwork

-Daily Field Reporting of Inspection and Testing

-Review of plans and specifications

-Meeting with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, etc.

-Have and maintain a clean driving record.

-Be able to lift 50lbs.

Must have the following certificates:

- Nuclear Gauge Certification

- ACI Field Technician Level I Certification
