TotalEnergies Gas & Power Trading (TGP) and its affiliates has a large and complex systems environment, which is evolving with the expansion of the power trading business and its impact on trading IT. This role is global and focuses on the tools used by gas and power teams and the integration into the overall trading and risk management systems. Core Trading Systems and Risk, Reporting & Compliance teams will support trading support, front office and finance teams with performant trading and related systems.

•

Develop system/application evolutions and fixes according to business specifications, and ensure adherence to best practice, test strategies and deployment standards

•

Contribute to the architectural and technical decisions related to software development

•

Contribute to the definition and enhancement of the standards, procedures and guidelines of development

•

Provide technical support and assistance to BA’s and other contributors for specifications and testing

•

Define and/or control the design of the software development/ enhancement with the support of the Solution Architect and/or Tech Lead, and according to the project specifications and type: tactical, strategic.

Service Delivery & Support

•

Provide user support and assist with the resolution of incidents and problems

•

Contribute to backlog management of change requirements and assist in their delivery

•

Maintain compliance of development and related activities with audit, cybersecurity and other internal requirements, such as Sarbannes-Oxley

•

Ensure and maintain effective interactions with other relevant teams

•

Develop and operate according to defined service delivery and management methodologies and enforce technology standards

DIMENSIONS

In this role, you will lead the software development and integration of various systems and applications within the gas and power trading landscape. You will also contribute to initiatives across the Trading & Risk Management project portfolio and provide technical support for the systems and applications under your purview.

Implement and develop tactical and strategic enhancements to projects with measurable impacts on business profitability, ensuring all changes meet established business constraints. Uphold reliability, quality, and security standards across all solutions, in full alignment with internal development frameworks and directives set by the Architecture Committee

Profil du candidat You are someone who possesses the following experience and credentials: Education / Experience

•

5+ years’ experience in a software development role or similar

•

Strong experience of DevOps and Agile methodologies

•

Experience with ETRM system developments, integrations, bid to bill system integrations, and other power vendor technologies preferred

Skills

•

Expert in software development and management, and knowledge of a broad range of technologies such as the cloud (AWS and/or Azure), Oracle, MongoDB, AngularJS/HTML5, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Web application development, NPM, WPF and MVVM architectures, WCF Services and SOA, MS TFS, Git, OO Design

•

Educated to degree level in an IT, computer science or a similar technology or engineering discipline

•

Knowledge of commodity trading and/or the energy business

•

Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and to work under pressure, excellent communication and organizational skills, adaptability, supervisory and coaching skills

•

Fluent in English; competency in French is advantageous

•
