XP is rebuilding ticketing for fans — with better prices, no hidden fees, and perks that reward your love of live events. We’re a tech-forward secondary ticket marketplace backed by top investors (we just completed a $6.2 M see round), and we’re growing fast.
We’re not just selling tickets, we are helping fans! We want to build a brand that shows up where fans already are — across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and beyond — with content that’s fun, real, and worth sharing. This summer, we’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and social-media-fluent intern to help us make this a reality.
What You’ll Do
•Create and publish content for XP’s social platforms- Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit & X
•Be comfortable jumping in front of the camera and representing the XP brand
•Help build community by engaging with fans, comments, and posts
•Hop on trends quickly and pitch original content ideas that match XP’s voice
•Support ongoing campaigns and XP Drops by turning them into social-first stories
•Track what’s working (and what’s not) to help us grow smarter
•Research what others in the industry are doing and if there are best practices or strategies we should adopt
•Work closely with our marketing team to keep things moving
•Get the chance to own and develop XP’s social media strategy
Who You Are
•A social native- you live social media and get what makes content work there
•You have a strong social media presence
•Comfortable being on camera and creating content in-app
•You’ve got a creative POV and aren’t afraid to throw out ideas or try new formats
•Obsessed with concerts, festivals, sports, or any kind of live events
•A self-starter who can take a rough idea and turn it into a post that hits
•Bonus if you have experience editing videos
