Job Overview

CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking a skilled Skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with both power and hand tools, a solid understanding of measurements, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This individual will play a critical role in assembling high-quality products with minimal supervision, ensuring that all components meet both safety and quality standards. Responsibilities / Duties:

•

Assembly & Fabrication: Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Tasks may include but are not limited to assembling dry coolers and louvers for units.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly.

•

Tool Operation: Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively, ensuring proper technique and adherence to safety guidelines.

•

Measurement & Quality Control: Take precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement instruments to ensure parts are fabricated to exact specifications.

•

Material Handling: Safely handle and move materials and components, ensuring they are ready for the assembly process.

•

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve assembly issues or discrepancies quickly and efficiently to maintain production flow.

•

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes and address any issues or concerns.

Skills / Requirements:

•

Minimum of 2-3 years in a skilled manufacturing or assembly role, with direct experience using hand tools, power tools, and interpreting blueprints.

•

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts. (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)

•

Proficiency in using various hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders), as well as measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures).

•

Strong communication and teamwork skills

•

High attention to detail and precision to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.

•

Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but required

•

Experience with computers, servers, or digital asset mining is an asset but not required
