Responsibilities
•Manage subcontractors and vendors that are “signed up” for the project
•Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meeting; notes and sign in sheet to be completed
•Implement safety program and ensure safety standards being met
•Responsible for jobsite cleanliness
•Hold subcontractors accountable
•Deep understanding of plans and client intentions
•Ability to read, understand, and implement drawings
•Responsible for identifying changes in scope as early as possible and reporting these changes in scope to the Project Manager so they can process a change order
•Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports
•Enforce job schedule in field
•Provide monthly schedule updates
•In charge of quality assurance / quality control of work
Requirements
•At least 1-2 years of experience working on construction projects
•Excellent communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications
•Availability for travel to client sites, this is a road warrior position
