Site Mobile Equipment Mechanic II

Join our team at the Fairfield Plant as a Site Mobile Mechanic! In this role, you will perform maintenance and repair heavy mobile equipment used in the extraction, crushing, and conveying of aggregate stone products. From hydraulic systems to electrical and engine work, you'll keep our fleet in top shape—while ensuring a clean, safe work environment every day.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy mobile equipment. Applied skill in systems operation, testing and adjusting of hydraulic, electrical and powertrain systems.

ENVIRONMENT OR PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to work under conditions of: frequent exposure to dusty conditions and the full range of weather conditions; frequently in, on, and around quarry high walls and pit; extended periods working from elevated positions or in tunnels.

Competitive hourly pay (biweekly). Benefits start day 1 of employment and include:

Pay starts at $26.69 per hour but may increase upon experience evaluation by management.
