Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Siding & Window Coordinator to manage our full portfolio of residential siding and window installation projects. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of subcontracted and in-house crews-ensuring timelines are met, materials are delivered, homeowners are informed, and project quality exceeds expectations. You will serve as the operational backbone of our siding and window division-recruiting and onboarding new subcontractors, managing communication between sales, customers, and crews, and supporting project managers with scheduling, planning, and close-out documentation. What You'll Do: Project Coordination Manage daily operations for siding and window installation projects Serve as the main point of contact between homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments Ensure crews are scheduled, materials are ordered, and timelines are met Subcontractor Management Recruit, vet, and onboard new siding and window subcontractors Maintain relationships with current subcontractors and ensure adherence to performance standards Issue work orders and scopes to subcontractors, and verify timely completion Customer Service & Communication Communicate job timelines, installation expectations, and preparation instructions to homeowners Respond to customer inquiries and resolve field issues proactively Coordinate pre-construction and post-installation walkthroughs Logistics & Scheduling Coordinate delivery of siding and window materials to job sites Ensure proper job sequencing based on crew availability and material lead times Monitor daily job progress and adjust schedules as needed Quality Assurance Conduct site inspections and review photos for quality control Address punch list items and ensure final completion standards are met Support warranty and service requests as needed Administrative Support Assist project managers with estimating, change orders, and job costing Maintain accurate records of subcontractor compliance (W-9s, insurance, etc.) Track and report project milestones using CRM and job tracking tools What We're Looking For: 2+ years experience in siding, windows, construction coordination, or project management Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience working with subcontractors or field crews Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy: CRM systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Valid driver's license Bonus If You Have: Familiarity with siding and window installation techniques Knowledge of residential building codes Experience in vendor negotiation or subcontractor onboarding Perks & Benefits: $50,000-$65,000 salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) with employer match Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Opportunities for career growth in a stable, expanding company Royalty Roofing is a part of the Allstar Services portfolio of companies.
