Status: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour. Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay Type: Hourly, paid weekly.
Schedule: This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position requires working from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Description: This position requires completion of various daily functions related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control for internal and external customers with an emphasis on equipment and equipment related shipping and receiving requirements.
General Qualifications:
•Must be able to safely lift 75 pounds
•Must be able to obtain forklift operator certification
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must have strong organization skills with an emphasis on accuracy and cleanliness
•Must have proficient computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Teams, and inventory management software
•Understand FIFO accounting method
•Physically able to stand, sit, move, walk, squat, climb during the course of a shift
•Ability to work independently and also as part of a team to accomplish overall company goals
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Able to pass drug test/background check
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
•Prepare freight and small parcels for shipment using various commercial carriers
•Operate and maintain various pieces of equipment used in the warehouse such as forklift, pallet jack, computers, automated parts storage system, etc.
•Maintain proper telephone and email etiquette
•Inspect items as they arrive and work with manufacturers to resolve any loss or damage and process claims when necessary
•Sort, organize, store, and distribute inventory accurately and resolve discrepancies when discovered
•Receive items from manufacturers into inventory within automated parts storage system and inventory management software
•Manage stock levels on non-inventoried items
•Package items correctly and label correctly
•Quote shipments and communicate with carriers
Secondary Responsibilities:
•Process parts orders when necessary
•Process sales orders from Service Department and deliver parts when necessary
•Have the ability to read equipment diagrams and assist customers with parts identification and ordering
•Other duties as assigned
