Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a well-organized receiving area. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be familiar with various equipment used in the receiving process. And be required to work overtime with little notice.
Responsibilities
•
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
•
Receive material thru our ERP system and locate in the storage Warehouse.
•
Load and unload packages from delivery trucks using forklifts.
•
Organize received items in designated storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming goods.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
•
Assist in inventory counts and audits as required.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
•
Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
•
Proficient in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (PLEX).
•
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•
Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
