Job Summary

We need an experienced Roof Coating Technician & Home Repair Specialist for applying roof coatings and performing a wide range of residential repairs. If you're proficient in roofing, general home maintenance (including siding, windows, gutters, and decks), have a positive attitude, and are committed to quality, we want to hear from you. Willing to train the right individual for Shingle coating application.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Shingle Roof Coating: Prepare surfaces and apply roof coatings using spray equipment and other methods; ensure quality application and maintain equipment.

•

Roofing Repairs: Inspect and repair various roof types, addressing leaks, damage, and flashing.

•

General Home Repairs:

•

Repair and maintain siding, windows, and gutter systems.

•

Perform deck repairs and maintenance.

•

Handle miscellaneous tasks like light carpentry, drywall, and painting.

•

General Duties: Communicate professionally with clients, maintain a safe work environment, and manage job-related documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

•

Proven experience in shingle roof coating application and diverse roofing repairs a plus.

•

Strong background in general home repairs: siding, windows, gutters, decks, and miscellaneous tasks.

•

Proficient with trade-specific power tools. Candidate will be expected to supply their own small tools.

•

Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

•

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Good physical condition: comfortable with heights, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and various weather conditions.

•

Pleasant demeanor with good communication skills.

•

A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to commute directly to designated job sites are conditions of employment.

•

Must pass a comprehensive background check.

•

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
