Job Description Summary

The Fuel Component Operation (FCO) Supervisor leads a team responsible for the manufacturing of components for nuclear fuel bundles which fuel nuclear power plants. In partnership with GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy's safety, quality and technical teams, you will provide leadership for FCO's hourly workforce. You will be responsible for team safety, procedure compliance, product quality, manufacturing efficiency and positive team member engagement.

The base pay range for this position is $90-115K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 7/8/2025.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
