Sewer Inspection Jobsite Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer Jobsite Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction management principles and be proficient in using various software tools to ensure quality and efficiency in our projects. This role involves working closely with project managers and other team members to oversee the sewer locating processes for both condition assessments and crossbore prevention, maintain quality control, ensure daily tasks are completed and compliance with safety regulations.

We have a 90-day probationary period to ensure correct fit, raises based on job performance are available.

Responsibilities

- Oversee operations to ensure completion of work according to specifications. (Prior knowledge of crossbore prevention, the sewer locating processes and team management is a requirement).

- Review schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.

- Implement quality control measures throughout the inspection process to ensure finished products meet established standards.

- Collaborate with project managers and operations manager to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Utilize software to track project progress and documentation.

- Supervise staff, providing guidance and training as needed. (Prior knowledge of PACP/LACP/MACP is highly desireable).

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards within the work environment.

- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the work day, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Qualifications

- Prior knowledge of crossbore prevention, the sewer locating processes and team management is a requirement.

- Familiarity with construction equipment, processes and sewer cctv equipment is a requirement.

- Strong understanding of quality control processes and ability to implement them effectively.

- Experience in supervising teams or individuals is highly desired.

- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to project management is beneficial.

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 65 per week
