💼 What You'll Do:

• Lead monthly settlement processes for complex midstream assets including gathering and plant settlements.

• Drive reconciliation of gathering and plant statements across multiple counterparties and systems

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FERC regulations, and SOX requirements

• Build scalable processes for continued acquisition integration and organic growth

🎯 What You Bring:

• 5+ years midstream settlements experience (natural gas gathering/processing preferred)

• Expertise with Plant Settlement systems (TIPS, W Energy)

• Deep knowledge of GAAP, FERC regulations, and energy industry accounting

• Proven track record managing complex reconciliations and multi-party settlements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (or 10+ years equivalent experience)

• CPA/CMA certification preferred but not required
